I love his fingers. But anyway, he has a much more...religious look than the usual personification of death. Less cartoon like, and more genuinely eerie that way.
Anyway, I'll keep an eye on that journal.

Religious? Curious interpretation. Though the comic itself doesn't have much to do with religion. I am personally an atheist, so I would feel awkward about working with religious content... but I am glad that he seems to appear a bit unique, and less cartoony. :) (At least that's what I hope to achieve... )

Religious isn't exactly the right word, but I can't for the life of me think of a better one.
Spiritual maybe? Hallowed? Something to that effect. There's more magic about him than just another generic hooded death figure. More of a old heathen/Pagan feel than a Christian/Judaic one. He's more solemn, more I don't know, the word I want eludes me.

Anyway, I love the old pagan myths and the like, even as a fellow atheist.

Das sieht doch wirklich mal interessant aus! Besonders der Hintergrunfd gefällt mir sehr, wirkt wie in einem Wald bei Mondlicht o.ä.... Allerdings findnich diese weißen Fäden die ihm aus dedn Augen kommen ein bisschen zu viel des Guten... Trotzdem, verdammt geile Personifikation des Todes.:!

Nya... war eben so ein schneller semigruseliger Scribble-Hintergrund. Erzielt zwar die gewünschte Wirkung, aber sehr originell ist es nicht. ^^°

Die Weißen Fäden sind ein Experiment.. ich weiß nicht, ob ich sie ins finale Design miteinbaue oder nicht, vielleicht sind sie auch nur für die "Untermalung der Atmosphäre" zuständig...wir werden sehen, wie es ihnen in der weiteren Charakterentwicklung ergeht. :)
