....well, nothing of real matter, actually, there are just two things I would like to write about.
First: I've observed with some amusement that my deviation ---> "Basil of Bakerstreet"
[link] already hit the "200" faves - mark.
Most viewed and faved deviation in my gallery, and I don't know if I should be happy about it or just bang my head at a wall for several times.
And now to the second subject I want to raise.
Look, I don't want to sound insulting or like some drama-kiddie who doesn't have an own life, but dA is practically the only platform of art and exchange of artists I currently have, so I kind of wish to make the best of it. Though I am truly considering to search for a more critical, mature and honest community...
Anyway - I am not really angered or in desperate need of attention, or something, but I am a little bit frustrated to be ... categorized like that.
Yes, I have drawn a lot of foxes and animals in the past, and I can completely understand that people most likely watched me for that. Let's get it straight: I've drawn furry-art, because I am fascinated by nature and animals, and I am still, but I am not a furry.
And I begin to be frustrated that people only feel inclined to drop a comment when they see some cute furry-art. And even then only a "awesome!" or "cute!"
Really: I am not crying out loud a la "BWUHU - I AM LEAVING 4-EVA!!!", but please:
To all those who are looking at my gallery: Please look once and only PAST the furry-art I still have in it because I didn't have the heart to delete it, and look at MY projects, look at the livejournal of my comic PostMortem. ( [link] ).
And if you are going to watch me for the furry - art, then simply don't. Because there won't be any in the future, and I surely don't want to be a part of the furry-community.
I am an ARTIST, and I want to be seen as an ARTIST, and not as a furry. Thank you very much,
Caboodle
